SPA POLICIES

Reservations

 
We require all services be reserved with a credit card or pre-payment at the time of booking.  This includes the use of gift cards.  We will guarantee your reservation to your credit card so kindly give us 24-hour notice if you need to cancel to avoid the treatment being charged to your card.

When to Arrive

 Please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to your reservation to allow time for checking in, filling out medical history forms, and getting settled. Appointments will be held for 15 minutes, after which we classify the appointment as a “NO SHOW”.  Your treatment will be shortened and will end at the scheduled time so that the next guest is not delayed.

Cancellations

We require a 24-hour notice of cancellation for all services to avoid being charged for your treatment.   Appointment cancellations inside of 24 hours will be charged a 50% cancellation charge.  Please keep in mind that we have very limited appointment time available as well as reduced service offerings.  “No shows” and “last minute cancellations” leave our licensed therapists and estheticians with empty appointment times.  We may have turned away other guests who could have enjoyed that time slot.

Your Comfort

If at any time during your treatment you do not feel comfortable with the temperature, pressure, or technique being used, please do not hesitate to advise your service provider.  They will appreciate being able to make your visit the most comfortable for you.
All massages and treatments are performed while our guests are clothed.  Men and women can receive treatments in their undergarments and/or shorts.  Linens are used during the treatments to provide comfort and privacy for our guests.

Inclement Weather

In the event of inclement weather, most of the time our spa will mirror

official public school open/closed decisions. If schools are delayed or closed, we may need to reschedule your appointment time. Please call our spa for complete information.

Health

If you are not feeling well, please call to reschedule your appointment.  We do not want to put the health of our clients or yours at risk. Additionally, we cannot provide services for clients with certain medical conditions, or who may need to have a Physician approve their treatment.  Please see our Medical Consent form.


Pets

Pets are not allowed in the spa; however, we welcome any Registered Service Dog to assist our customers with disabilities.


Cell Phones

Please be respectful of the people around you who are trying to relax during their spa treatments.  Please set all cell phones to vibrate or do not disturb.  If it is imperative to take a call, please use an appropriate speaking voice so as not to disturb the other clients.

Younger Guests

Anyone receiving treatment under the age of 18 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.

Gift Cards and Redeeming ANLI Spa Gift Cards

ANLI Spa's gift card policy complies with current Rhode Island state law.  Lost and stolen cards can only be replaced with a valid receipt and are subject to a $2.00 replacement fee. ANLI Spa gift cards do not expire. ANLI Spa gift cards are honored for dollar value only and are redeemable at all ANLI Spa locations.

Gratuities

Our licensed massage therapists and estheticians work hard to provide the best customer experience in the industry. Gratuities are greatly appreciated.  The customary gratuity is 15- 20%.   Our service providers appreciate cash gratuities; however, the gratuity can be added to your debit/credit card charge.  Gratuities cannot be deducted from an ANLI gift card.

Retail Product Refunds

All sales of retail products are final.  Unopened products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days if accompanied by a receipt.


Valuables

We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles, including clothing and accessories.

Surveillance

For our mutual safety, our premises are monitored with digital video equipment except in treatment rooms and changing areas.
